How do you form comparisons in French?

plus + adj + que (more ... than). moins + adj + que (less ... than). aussi + adj + que (as ... as). "Il est plus grand que moi."
Why
Irregular: meilleur (better), pire (worse). For adverbs: mieux (better), moins bien, aussi bien.
