How payment works
- Your trial lesson is free — no card needed.
- After that, you pay monthly via PayPal in CAD.
- Your plan is invoiced each month. You'll get a renewal email with a PayPal link a few days before your plan ends — pay to extend, ignore to let it lapse.
- You get a confirmation email with a meeting link for each lesson.
- Cancel or reschedule individual lessons free up to 24 hours before.
- If a tutor is late or doesn't show, you're credited automatically.

Is the trial really free?
Yes. Your first 60-minute lesson is completely free, no card required. It's a real lesson with a real tutor — not a sales call.
How do the monthly plans work?
You choose 1-on-1, Group, or TEF/TCF Prep. Your lessons are scheduled weekly, and your plan runs for 30 days. A few days before it ends, we email you a renewal invoice with a PayPal link — pay to continue, or ignore it to stop.
Are prices really in CAD?
Yes. Every price on this page is in CAD. If you pay from outside Canada, PayPal handles the currency conversion at their rate.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes, anytime. Cancel from your dashboard and your plan stops at the end of the current period. No cancellation fees.
Can I get a refund for a missed lesson?
Yes — cancel free up to 24 hours before your lesson and it's credited back. If a tutor doesn't show, you're credited automatically.
Do you offer a discount for students?
Yes. Full-time students get 15% off 1-on-1 and TEF/TCF plans. Email learn@pratice.ca from your student address to activate it.
Do you offer corporate or team pricing?
Yes. For teams of 5+, we build custom monthly programs. Contact us with your needs.
How do I pay if I'm not in Canada?
PayPal handles international payments. Your bank converts to your local currency at checkout.
What if I need to reschedule?
Reschedule free up to 24 hours before the lesson from your dashboard. Inside 24 hours, the lesson counts as taken.
