How it works
- Free diagnostic lesson. We assess your level, identify your weakest skill, and set a realistic score target.
- Personal plan. Your tutor builds a weekly plan targeted at the NCLC you need — typically over 3 to 6 months.
- Weekly 1-on-1 lessons. Each lesson focuses on a specific skill or sub-skill, with homework between sessions.
- Mock exams. Every 4 weeks, a full-length mock under exam conditions. Corrected and reviewed.
- Final polish. In the last weeks, we shift to strategy, timing, and exam-day routine.
- You write the exam — prepared. No surprises. No guesswork. Just a plan you've already executed.

TEF / TCF — Frequently asked
What's the difference between TEF and TCF?
Both test your French across four skills and both are accepted for Canadian immigration. TEF Canada and TCF Canada are the versions you need for Express Entry and citizenship. The skills are shared; only the exact format and scoring scales differ. Read the TEF Canada guide or the TCF Canada guide for the full comparison.
What NCLC do I need for Express Entry?
NCLC 7 is the minimum for French-speaking skilled workers, but higher scores give more CRS points. NCLC 7+ in French can add 25–50 CRS points, and pairing it with English can add up to 50 more. We work backward from your target CRS.
How long does it take to reach NCLC 7?
It depends on your starting level. A learner at B1 typically needs 3–6 months of weekly lessons plus practice. A learner at A2 usually needs 6–12 months. Your free trial lesson gives you a realistic estimate.
Do you teach writing corrections?
Yes. Every written submission — homework, mock exam, practice essay — gets corrected and annotated by your tutor. You see exactly why something was wrong and how to fix it.
Do you teach speaking?
Yes. Speaking is one of the four skills and often the one candidates fear most. We practice Section A, Section B, and the interaction exercises live, with instant correction.
How many mock exams do I get?
One full-length mock exam every four weeks, included in your plan. Mock exams are timed, corrected, and reviewed with your tutor in a dedicated feedback session.
Can I switch from 1-on-1 to TEF/TCF Prep?
Yes, any time. If you start with general 1-on-1 and later decide to focus on TEF/TCF, we switch your track and rebuild your plan. Same price, same tutor, new focus.
Do you offer a refund if I don't hit my target?
We don't guarantee exam results — nobody credibly can. What we do guarantee: a structured plan, weekly feedback, mock exams, and a tutor who knows exactly where you stand. If we can't help you improve, you can cancel anytime. See our refund policy.
Is the free trial lesson real, or just a sales call?
It's a real lesson. Your tutor assesses your level, walks you through a genuine exam-style exercise, and gives you feedback. You leave with a concrete plan whether or not you continue.
