Apply as a tutor

PRATICE — TUTOR NO-SOLICIT AGREEMENT (v2026-02-01)

By accepting this agreement you confirm that:

1. Students introduced to you through Pratice remain Pratice students.
2. You will not directly or indirectly solicit, accept, or arrange paid lessons
   with Pratice students outside the Pratice platform.
3. You will not exchange personal contact details (phone, email, social, payment
   handles, or any external meeting link) with students except through Pratice.
4. All lessons, payments and communication between you and a Pratice student
   must run through Pratice.
5. Breach may result in suspension, forfeiture of pending payouts and legal
   action under South African and Canadian law as applicable.

This is a binding agreement between you and Pratice.
