How do you form the futur simple?

Infinitive + endings: -ai, -as, -a, -ons, -ez, -ont. "Je parlerai, tu parleras..." Irregular stems: être → ser-, avoir → aur-, aller → ir-, faire → fer-, venir → viendr-.
Why
Futur simple is used in writing and formal speech. In casual speech, futur proche is more common.
