How do you say "ago", "in", "within" with time in French?

Ago: il y a + duration. "Il y a deux ans" = two years ago. In: dans + duration (future). "Dans deux jours" = in two days. Within: en + duration. "En deux heures" = within two hours.
Why
Il y a is also "there is/are". Context makes the meaning clear.
