"Il faut + infinitive" (impersonal, "one must"): "Il faut partir." "Je dois + infinitive": "Je dois partir." "Il faut que + subjunctive" for a specific subject.
Why
Il faut is impersonal — it doesn't specify who. Je dois / tu dois / il doit specify the person.
