What's the difference between "ce qui", "ce que" and "ce dont"?

Ce qui = subject: "Ce qui m'intéresse, c'est..." Ce que = object: "Ce que je veux, c'est..." Ce dont = object of de: "Ce dont j'ai besoin, c'est..."
Why
These are "what" in the sense of "that which". Very common in formal French.
